The insurance company in Cheyenne, Wyoming may cancel your car insurance for any reason within the first sixty days of car insurance coverage. Once your car insurance policy has been in effect for more than sixty days, it can only be canceled for:
- Nonpayment of auto insurance premium.
- motor vehicle registration or The driver’s license of any one driver residing in the policyholder’s household or who customarily drives a car insured under the insurance policy has been under suspension or revocation during the car insurance policy period. The insurance company may cancel coverage only to that operator by issuing an endorsement to the insurance policy excluding coverage to that operator. Refusal of such restrictive endorsement by said insured shall constitute grounds for termination of the policy.
