In order to file a bonus car insurance claim, you need to get the process started as soon after the accident takes place as you can. Once you know what to do, you will need to call the claims office for whosever car insurance company you need and start going. Sometimes you might prefer to inform them of your claim, but suggest the amount that you want to be given in writing. In some cases, such as when you are having trouble agreeing on a good price, you might consider hiring an attorney.
